Windsor Oaks is a senior "co-op style community".  It is wellness driven  for people age 55 and older who can live independently and who are financially qualified.  Our spacious, well appointed homes offer the luxury and vintage lifestyle just perfect for "empty nesters".  Currently we are a relatively equal mix of marrieds, singles, men and women.  Some are very social, some prefer total privacy, but all share our wonderful network of friendships and support.

Set in the heart of north Ames we are secluded and quiet but not remote (just 5 minutes!) from excellent medical facilities, shopping, fine arts, Ada Hayden Heritage Park, golf and community activities.  Amenities such as Ames Public Library and scheduled van services are included!
